We may also receive information from third-party services you connect to your account.

We use your information to operate and improve the FSBO platform; process listings, offers, and transactions; communicate with you about your account and listings; send you relevant market data and pricing updates with your consent; detect and prevent fraud; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for any purpose not described in this policy.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with service providers who assist us in operating the platform, law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required by law, and other users only to the extent necessary to facilitate a transaction you have initiated. Any third parties we work with are contractually bound to protect your data.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. While we take reasonable precautions, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience, analyse platform usage, and serve relevant content. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the platform. We also use analytics tools that collect anonymised aggregate data to help us understand how users interact with the platform.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your personal data; opt out of marketing communications; and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. 7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. For example, certain transaction records may be retained for tax and legal compliance purposes for up to 7 years.
8. Children's Privacy
The FSBO platform is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will promptly delete it. If you believe we may have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
